Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy, also known as low-level light therapy (LLLT), was discovered to be beneficial by scientists at NASA while they were testing different wavelengths of light on plants. During these experiments it was noted that the red wavelengths had a positive effect on the NASA employees!
Red light therapy is effective with either LED or near infrared lights. At Blush & Grey we utilize a combination LED/near infrared light that emits red light at 620nm, 670nm, 760nm, and 830nm. These are the four peak red light wavelengths and the combination provides an optimal treatment.

- Therapy with red light is best when consistently done 2 to 3 times per week for a minimum of 20 minutes per session.

I have noticed that my skin feels more hydrated and firm now that I am using the red light regularly.
